Poorest Service Ever

I am so frustrated by their services. My problem started in 2018 when l paid my monthly subscriptions through an EFT from my FNB account. Something that l had always done since 2012 and never experienced any problems till that day. It was in 25 May 2018 when I made two payments on the same day, the first payment went through, the next payment never went through to Multichoice. My dstv services were disconnected. I frantically tried to investigate with FNB as where did the payment went to?? . FNB advised me that the payment went through and was paid to Multichoice. I took proof of payment to Multichoice, went there physically, Agents tried to resolve the issue, attached my proof of payment on my profile and reconnected my services but after a day or so l was disconnected again and again. Multichoice claimed that they did not receive the funds into their accounts. I tried to explain to them that how come the first payment of R587 went through but the one for R367 didn't go through. I spoke to about 10 agents, each explaining different stories, same stupid questions over and over. I got so frustrated till l just decided to let go and forget about Multichoice Dstv. My services remained disconnected till today. Then last week Saturday 20 March 2020, l decided to reconnect my services. I was told l owe R362.18 and reconnection fees for R272. Again the story started. I asked them, where does this balance come from as l haven't been using DSTV since 2018? I tell you l spoke to 5 dstv agents, each explaining different stories to me, then l decided ok, let me forget about it and do the payment. Accordingly to my profile, l was owing R577. I then did an eft from fnb of R363 on 20 March 2020 to clear the errors, then on Sunday 21 March 2020, did another EFT of R200 from Nedbank, then l thought l had cleared my errors. Boom to my surprise, l still had to pay R272 again. I phoned DSTV Multichoice again and same stories came up again. I then made another eft of R200 from Nedbank again and called them to say l have paid R763 in two days but am still not connected. When l called them yesterday 23 March 2020, l was told only 2 payments of R 200s is reflecting on my account. The payment of R362 is not reflecting. Huh why? I was told to send proof of payment, of which l did, the Agent said to me, let me go and check from the proof of payment Department. When he came online , he said to me, yes it was on the desk. Yooo bathong!!!SERIOUSLY. He attached that proof of payment on my profile and said to me, but the amount is not reflecting but I will reconnect your services. Now l dont know either its FNB or Multichoice??? FNB confirmed that the payment was paid to Multichoice, Multichoice says they did not receive the payment. Am so frustrated, really frustrated. I don't think Multichoice call center Agents really know what they are doing. My kids are at home, with this pandemic, now the lockdown without Dstv, it's really frustrating. I thought this time it would be different but???? Has anyone out there experienced the same predicament ? EFT from FNB to Dstv Multichoice?? I rest my case.
