Poorest customer service ever

I'm at the Springs service Centre, the queue maeshall is very rude, I tried to show her my permit as an essential worker, she just said she doesn't care about my permit I must just follow the queue, before me there was an old lady she refused to let in, she had to be asked by members of the defense force, she just doesn't have customer service at all, she responds to customers any how, she sometimes ignores people who are asking her questions
