Poorest customer service

I am currently paying for services which I am not getting.

I have been calling their call centre and am put on hold for hours..

Just now spoke to Siphesihle who refused to give me her surname claiming that it is for 'security reasons' what security reasons if I on the other hand give them all my details?

Earlier today I was made to wait for a manager for over 25 minutes.

Everytime I call I get a promise for a call back.

They are confirming that I call and my queries are escalated but there's zero response.

Can someone get back to me?
