Poorer service and bad customer service

I'm fed up with dstv and their lying agents I spoke to andile from hello peter saying he is going to solve the issue I have then he called he said he is coming back nothing dstv its *** and poor in their services and I'm just bored and ****ed off I called they are telling me stories I don't understand stupid dstv
