Poor work Ethics

I moved from one place to another and called Multichoice Tzaneen where I'm currently at about 3kilos from my new place where I requested to be asissted with re-connection and the guy i spoke to telephonically promised to send Malatjie whom did come but only to find out that there's loadshedding and promised to come back later . He indeed came around 17h45 to 18h00 and connected and once done he ordered me to pay . i then asked what for and how much and also why was i not told as i was not aware and did not have money on me . Instead of answering my question he just said that this is my time and i will disconnect . He indeed climbed the roof again and disconnected and left
