Poor Whatsapp Customer service
Just spent a full 1 hour on live WhatsApp to get service reconnected...sent more than 4 PDF file proof of payment (done 2 days ago) but Bontle M could not help, couldn't open said file but could open screenshot of said file. I must wait further 24-48hrs as they "escalate" the matter.....very shoddy service. Wasted an hour and loads of data
