Poor, unprofessional very lame customer service at DSTV
I'm very dissapointed, DSTV outsourced customer service, those guys can't solve queries, team leaders don't come to the line, you run out of airtime from holding for 1hr 54 m they don't call you back yhoooo I've never expirience such service...I'm disgusted.
