Poor unprofessional ****p services ever

Signed up for Disney Plus with my dsyv prescription and paid along with my installment 27/06 to date the services are not active ,Im literally so sick of DSTV when calling disney plus the consultant advises that the subscription is not active never in my life with the continuos issues that I have had with darv did they ever think to give me a credit for the absolute hell they put me through I pay my account without fail every single month without full services from I wont recommend anyone to sign up for dstv...il on hold for 30 min having to instal uninstall when theh clearly know that they messed up...How is people still with DSTV.On the phone with them for the third time today explaining what disney plus said but they still do not understand so give my money back and cancel this ****
