Poor unfriendly customer service

Very bad customer service when phoning. I wanted to a contact deal but to my syprise i was told that i must try again the following day as they are short staff and someone will only be in contact in about 1-3 working days. How ridiculous can one be to be told you will only contacted in 1-3 working days. Meanwhile nobody has called or bother to apologize for their late response. If you go to the walking centre in N1 City, you are treated like an escaped convict.For example at the door is Stand here, sanitize their, take your stuff to that counter, take out your stuff, move back, turn back to sanitize again, go to that counter, wait for your number etc. And when finally being helped by very unfriendly moody customer service agent, who forgot to leave her private life at home. No sense of customer service or being curteous. Look like they are sad to work for Multichouce in N1 city. Hope their managers are treating them well.
