Poor turnaround time

Dstv feedback has been poor , I have requested them to reinstate my discounted subscription after I was retrenched as their employee , they promised to get back to me soon ,how soon is soon ,I went on further and requested that they refund all the extra charges for the full subscription charge on my account of R399, their service is pathetic these day , they can't retain cust , care create connect has never been there ,they are actually *****ing from the poor.
