Poor treatment of loyal clients

So after calling in, sending an email and trying to get an answer via social media still no one there can explain why the Manchester United is not the featured game on Supersport 3. Instead of an explanation, I was quite rudely told to pay more if I wanted to watch my team play. Very disappointed in the way DSTV handled this considering I have been a loyal client for 13 years without ever missing a single payment. After all this time I now considering cancelling my subscription.
