Poor to none service

I contacted them 4 times on the online chat regarding a new decoder. I missed the 1st call. That was it, no further reply. After the 3rd time I received a call from a 011 number and when I answered disconnected. Today for the 4th time I made use of the online chat and was promised a call within 3 hours. Nothing up to now. Im a subscriber and Im very dsappointed in the service.
