POOR TO NONE SERVICE

Good day.

I am utterly disappointed in the service that dstv has. It has been a while now that when I tried to watch certain stories, it tells me video playback error. But when I click on the next episode that episode play without any trouble. And it is not my internet connection.

Something is not right with Dstv Now platform....why can I play one episode of a certain show but the other does not?

I expect some feedback on this. Mr Elriek Swanepoel
