Poor tax payers

How is it possible for a company that had everything to fail so fast and still be alive? It must be the poor South-African tax payers that foot the bill. How can you have monopoly and still be this useless. If it was not for the Springboks awesome rugby that is only broadcast on SuperSport, this useless entity would have died long ago. I feel sory for the employees, but then again, they only got the work due to BEE.
