Poor streaming service on Now
Streaming any show on Catchup requires constant buffering and when it buffers it skips ahead for some reason. It is almost impossible to stream anything on Catchup on a PC. In addition, streaming via the Explora frequently requires buffering.
This all with a download speed of over 25 mbps and an upload of over 6 mbps.
I have tried to contact DSTV through the online chat but their response is always that the issue is on my end.
However, both Showmax and Netflix work with top HD quality and never a need to buffer.
DSTV has an infrastructure problem and cannot provide the streaming service they advertise and won't admit to it.
