Poor streaming service
<p>I have a 40mbps fibre line. The latency is below 10 and the line runs perfectly, yet whenever I use the DSTV streaming service / supersport, the stream quality is poor. It's never HD for more than 1 minute at a time, (Always standard definition and blurry), poor quality, freezes, buffers etc.<br /><br />Is there a reason why Multichoice do not upgrade their services?<br /><br />We pay a fortune for DSTV Premium each month yet they are being cheap in terms of the services provide.<br /><br />Please sort this out.</p>

Which platform are you experiencing the issues on (Android / IOS / Web)?
Is there any specific channels ? Also , is it the same when you watch content on Catch Up ? Also, the ISP you're with is fibre / ADSL ?
