Poor Staff Members

I was at Websat DSTV at Pietermaritzburg yesterday around 14:00 the staff there are very rude they can’t talk to customers properly, there is this one staff that we had a fight with because of my daughter she wanted to sleep and she said I must get out in a rude manner , so how will my daughter sleep ? And she started crying . That staff memeber won’t like it if someone else was treating her like this .
