Poor signal technicians wont help

If it is not the generic responses which the consultants don't understand themselves it is the installers who refuse to help out in cases of communal satellite dish related issue. I'm on the third week without signal. I'm a premium subsbcriber nbyt only recieving SABC and all those stupid channels no one wants to watch. The technicians refuse to come through. I'm the only person in the complex with the issue seemingly and I need them to come and inspect but thet have failed on several occasions. All they say is I'd have to pay for each unit in the complex even though they are not experiencing signal interruption. If I hear the words 'communal settings' I swear I'll puke because I'm yet to hear any of their consultants explain what these are. Are they words? Code? Numbers? Where then will I insert these if I ever succeed in getting them?

Hi Dinah.
I did miss your call, I just didn't know who to ask for upon returning it. I have taken the decoder to the stall at Sunnypark to get it tested about two weeks ago. They checked and all the channels came on just fine. I informed them that I had gotten persmission from body corporate but they still refused to help me. Giving me the same reasons stated above. Thanks for the reply, I have tried talking to the body corporate people and the initial installers who insist that the problem is not with their installation since my unit is the only one experiencing interrupted signal and that I should contact Multichoice.
So right now I'm stuck with a problem I do not know how to fix and two parties playing the blame game.
