Poor show DSTV

I have tried to cancel my subscription with DSTV. I have two and want to cancel the one as it is a waste of money. However, when you tell the service operator that you want to cancel they ask you for a reason and then tell you they are putting you through to cancellations but you just go in to a silent line with no one answering it. But obvious that DSTV is by it's sell by date and loos like I should cancel all.
