POOR SHOCKIING AND CHARGING FOR SERVICES NOT PROVIDED
I upgraded during mid April paid an amount of 353 00 on 19/4/22. May 1158.50 was debited. End May I downgraded only to be debited for 1159.00 despite the services being disconnected. I spoke to a senior person after the person who answered my call wa clueless giving me incorrect information. This is now the senior person who downgraded to my previous packages as I requested but charging me for premium!!!!
