Poor Servuce

It is terrible how Dstv can put you on hold for 20min. Do they not realize that we calling from mobile phones. Some of their consultant are ***********. Just call them and I was put on hold for 20min eventually I had to put the call down. They quick to up their charges but do no think of how long they put you on hold and it is costly.
