POOR SERVICES UNPROFESSIONAL AGENTS (DOESNT KNOW THERE PRODUCT)

Good Day , please note im unhappy with the services provided from Multichoice first of all your agents all need proper training on the product,right last week when calling 3 times constantly buying airtime to call your offices we still do not get any service delivery when ur call is done there is no follow up with your customers while we paying money to be kept happy .2 ive called last week when i spoke to an agent asking about xtraview that is still being debited from my account the agent confirmed that they can see it has not been disconnected as yet in this regard he said that they will refund me 7 months of xtraview money that was debited and still never send an statement regards to this ok second of all i requested that if this refund amounts to my payment required for September then they should reverse this for my September months premium he then said ok he can make that possible and he reconnect my services .last week Sunday the dstv was off i then again spend money to buy 40 airtime in this regard the call got cut off nobody calls back but leaves everything such as is ,then i had to buy more airtime speaking with the third agent also gives another story which is totaly different from the previous agent but then my services was connected .this morning at 7:30 pm my services was disconnected ive called they told me long storied after words my services was connected now coming home at 5:40 pm my services is disconnected calling once again an agent gives i totally different story doesnt call back just leave my questions unsolved how much airtime should one buy when trying to get help from DSTV MY SERVICES IS DISCONNECTED AND IM ONLY DUE TO PAY END OF SEPTEMBER .......
