Poor services and rude Consultant.

Im disappointed and angered by DSTV multichoke for poor services. i took a second price lock which it came with free installation on the 22 March and it was delivered 25th March and i was given installer who couldn't claim for the installation and i have been phoning them 27 times with calls on hold for 45 to an hour each time and still up to today i haven't got helped.

to my surprise this month i was billed R1144.91 instead of R499 a the second decoder is not yet connected and I've been calling but I'm not taken serious. also i would like to single out one of their consultant Zoleka Tshint****hiki who was very rude and dropped the call after being rude to me for explaining my frustration.
