Poor services

Dstv agents are absolutely poor with communication. Instead of listening and looking g at the account history they argue and charge us for reconnection services when it was their fault.

My internet services have always been paid by debit order, the remaining packages via eft. They debited the internet and other packages as 1 debit order leaving no funds in my account. I have had this account for years. But they insist I am paying all the fees via debit order as if I don't know what comes of my account.

They made the mistake but I must now pay a ridicolous reconnection fee that is half the subscription fee reconnection for their stupidity.

Please escalate and call me urgently before legal action ensues.
