I've been trying for weeks to get feedback regarding my matter with the Explorer, at last I was contacted and the deal was finalized, now i`m struggling to get assistance with the installation of the Explorer, why cant you contact me and inform me that there is a delay, you've got a backlog or something because its very frustrating not to get any feedback and just to wait the whole time,<br> <br> What is happening with my order or don't you want my business as a customer,<br> <br> Should I rather cancel everything,<br> <br> Awaiting your urgent feedback in this matter?
