POOR SERVICE/MAINTENANCE
Good day.
I am, AGAIN writing this review in utter disappointment. Once again I tried watching something on Dstv Now via the internet on my computer, but I get the all fami**** message which says that something went wrong on our side......what kind of business is dstv running that this happens every now and then?
I have been patient but now I have had it!! Why can DSTV multi choice make sure that everything on their viewing platforms are working 100% WITHOUT any problems?
I will put this as clearly as I can If I DO NOT receive feedback on this report, I will post review like this every single day until I have received feedback. I have posted reviews in the past about this and I have not heard a single word from DSTV.
So I wil wait and see what happens but I've had enough of this pathetic service!!!!!
