Poor service, wrong information.

Hi I'm having a huge problem with Multichoice and this DPP deal I took out on an Explorer. The deal was for 849 per month for 2 years. When I took the deal they needed immediate payment of the 849 so I could receive the Explorer decoder and that the next month the amount would be pro rata. Now the new month arrives and they charge me R954 and can't tell me why. They saying the need to escalate the calling they will contact me. I'm still waiting.
