Poor service with live chat and emails to DSTV Now centre

My experience with DSTV had always been great, really good call Centre agents . Over the weekend I had problem to get DSTV Now reached out to their live chat , these call Centre agents really bring their company to disrupt. They don’t understand what’s going on and you cannot reach them via telephone . I sent over ten emails and various chats . Unacceptable service
