Poor Service with Change of Ownership
From about 8 January 2015, I have been trying to change ownership of a dstv decoder at Multichoice. I personally went to the call centre in Randburg and was told that I need to send an email. After 6 mails, I am now told that I need to first pay this month's subscription before they would activate the change of ownership. I find the service inefficient and impersonal. This department doesn't have a dedicated person to deal with one's query and every time I send a mail it feels like I am starting all over again. As a result there is no continuity between mails and find myself trapped in the Multichoice abyss. I called the customer service centre today and they are unable to help me. They requested me to send a customer complaint mail - which I duly did. Now I wait for someone to get back to me!!!
