POOR service via chat services

Spoke to a two agents via the chat, where I lastly interacted with Jacqueline and in both chats both agents ended the chat without notification. I'm having an issue of my account being linked to a person in Ghana which I would like to have fixed so I can activate my account once again but the agents are rather unhelpful and rude to end chats prior to assisting or resolving the matter at hand. Their service is very poor and I'm still an unhappy client.
