POOR SERVICE UTTER POOR!!!!!!

So its me again.... and this time i am really highly p#### off

Last month i had a problem with my data allocation and again this month what kind of business are you guys running that i am struggling to get what i payd for and then when i dont pay coz i am not getting what i am paying for you guys are quick to turn off my decoder

I am really not satisfied with your services this is like a circus now and i feel like a clown if this is gonna be case i want my money back and i will hake fibre then instead

This is ridiculous really utter poor service like really POOR!!!!
