POOR SERVICE SHOWMAX

I had paid showmax twice without being able to watch it as the account keeps saying not subscribed while it paid. I had tried to sort this with call center reference no ***4 without getting any help. No wonder Multichoice cannot compete with Netflix, Apple tv etc. Services offered are terrible. STAY AWAY FROM SHOWMAX. RATHER DO PRIME OR OTHER SERVICES THAN MULTICHOICE.
