Poor service, ****s and cheats

Bad customer service, I wouldn't recommend this service. I asked for my subscription to be downgraded, their agent said it's done. She told me about dstv internet which I then told her it was canceled by her organization because I wasn't active on it. She then said it's sorted I can pay R150 on my next payment date. I made a payment on the 5th of March 2026,to my Suprise instead of it showing installment of April 2026, it says I owe R1126. I'm very disappointed
