Poor Service rendering and offering

DSTV service rendering is shocking and they are ripping the viewers off. As an example, streaming Sky news outside of DStv is of far higher quality - why? They oversubscribed the infrastructure to save costs. As a monopoly, they continue to bully the consumer and choose not to offer value propositions that are meaningful to the needs of viewers - sometimes less is more!! The time has come to vote with your feet and I’ve terminated the subscription - seems to be the trend.
