Poor Service: Refund !!

I have been trying to get refunded for the 4th time and still no assistance from the customer service . Every time money is supposed to be pay / refunded to my bank account they always ask for the same documents that I have sent 3 times already, the consultants come up with a different story and I have to start the refund process from scratch.

This is really *********** and time consuming. It’s been 21 days since I’ve been told that my refund will be in my bank account within 4-7 working days by the first consultant I spoke .

I’ve been sending the documents to *** and no communication or effort to assist a loyal customer that has been supporting their business for years now . Can my refund be processed , I’m tired of going around in circles!!!
