Poor Service Received From Thabile Mthiyane Multichoice Employee

Im really not happy with the service I received from a lady called Thabile Mthiyane ,I always pay for my dstv on the 28th of every month but i was surprised when my account was disconnected today. The day is not even over but i have been disconnected,I called customer care and i was assisted by Thabile Mthiyane,Thabile dismally failed to assist me and she was rude she did not even want to put her supervisor on the line.

Please assist by reconnecting my Account because i dont think that it is fair for me to pay for a reconnecting fee.I asked Thabile to call her Supervisor but kept me holding the line for alsmot 30min i eventually gave up because i knew that it was done on purpose.

People like Thabile Mthiyane should not be working with clients if they dont know how to deal with clients.See the below sms that was sent to me yesterday 27 June 2022 reminding me to pay today.

Please resolve this issue by reconnecting my account.
