Poor service provider DSTV no signal or assistance

I have 3 decoders and since Friday they don't work I phone dstv help line every day and all they say is that they will come back to me not one single person has ever tried to call or mail me but we have to pay for a service witch we don't get. I think dstv doesn't have the proper staff neither training to assist their clients witch is very bad for business.
