Poor service provider

Well for more than 10 years a customer's off dstv and there service just get worse every day.Every 2-3 month's you have to fix settings error that they change and they want to charge you as customer for it .They customer care operators are *********** to help you and they let you stay on phone for hours just not to get problem fixed.Well now I am fed-up I cancelled my services .Well done dstv you just lost a nother premier view customer.And after all these year still watching program's that 5 years old nothing new.
