Poor service, poor customer care

Am so disappointed with dstv (multi choice) when it comes to there service, I tried calling them today because I want them to reconnect my dstv since I paid today, they numbers are not going though, when I try the whatsapp service number they responses are auto replies am not getting the answer I need.... Am so angry at this point they do not have customs care
