Poor service poor communication. I will never recommend

Since I'm still waiting for your response.aa it is now I'm owing multi choice for what because I paid for everything I owed and I sent countless messages and calls but you don't do what I want but what you want.. how is it that I'm owing multi choice for service I never used, service I cancelled..since 2022. They keep saying they will get back to me and nothing..this is my 3rd attempt here on hello Peter and still no response
