Poor service or customers care
I recently did a review on multichoice(dstv) and their customers care and service delivery status. Just to emphasize, these guys never attended to my query, didn't even have the decency to give me or my wife call, even fyer I left our contact details. The services at Multichoice(dstv) are the worst ever.
