Poor Service on WhatsApp team

Im getting frustrated with no help from your Whatsapp team. My DS its now disconnected again, i cant keep up like this, pls fix your issues. Your system messed up my billing and now no one is willing to assist.

The reversal was bot done as was promised. I was on call for more then an hour on Sunday.
