Poor service of dstv
I have a problem with dstv as when I want to downgrade my package I am not able to do so but when I try to see when I upgrade it allows and now the call centre is not working so I don't know what to do as whatsapp and the dstv app doesn't help so I don't know what I should do because I want to downgrade please help..
