Poor service of 2019

I have received call last year in order to opt for debt order payments for my payments.since today am struggling to benefit from that option they called to join. I have called their call center on 10th, 21st and last week of January to update it again. I have in my bank accounts now but they can't debit money and now they have switched of my services. I think I now is time to consider the Etv once off service
