Poor service Not value for money

I have a 2A decoder which is faulty I went to a Multichoice agent in Edenvale Who could not exchange the decoder for the same Moddel as they informed me that Multichoice does not supply them with 2A service exchange units!! I would have to purchase a new decoder without a RF output. Aerial excellence their agent would not be able to connect the new inferior unit to my account!! Poor show If I would want the same unit I would have to go directly to multi-choice in Randburg. what is the use of having service centers that are unable to help??? I am defiantly seriously thinking of canceling my subscription after being a multichoice client for over 30 years. Multichoice is Deffenatly not value for money.To many repeats of programs
