Poor Service - No Service

21/01/2016 David phone me about the compact package with explora for R529.00 pm. I asked him serveral times if kyknet channel 144 and 198 ect are on this compact package he told me YES, he **** the same day I send email and phoned them to cancel that compact package contract we want our old package the EXTRA the lady told me she will escelate the email to cancel the compact package but why don't we take the explora seperatly for R149.00pm with our XTRA Package. Nothing happend after that I send complaint email from Multichoice server with 5 emails and several telephone calls with no response and they debited my bank acc with the XTRA and Compact monthly payment on 05/02/2016. I spoke to several people, Winstonea Adams, Beverly, Sonia Adams but not even they are getting back to us. Beverley promised on friday 05/02/2016 that the Xtra Package will be back on in the afternoon still nothing. This is unacceptable we can't complain about the service because there are no service. From 21/01/2016 nobody helps us they just escelate every query to another department but nothing happens. We want Extra Package...
