POOR SERVICE NO SENCE OF TCF

I've been a customer of DSTV since the M-Net days. In Dec 2019 I received a Explora decoder fron ONAIR.This decoder went dead I was told I can go to my nearest DSTV to exchange it. I took the decoder to DSTV South gate branch(Mbaboneng)to exchange. Since I received that decoder I had to go reset it 3 times this year. The last time was 30 Nov.This time I was told that my swop was done in 2018...I did not even have an explora at that time.I am convince that I was given a faulty explora to begin with hence the details captured was in correct. That decoder did not even last me 3 months before the problem started. I could never enjoy the perks catchup, showmax ect. Because they capture it incorrectly on their system I now find I don't have a warranty any more.........This is so disgusting that people can rip you off like that. I have not missed one payments on DSTV ,but the poor service I received has made me think if I still want to do business with them.
