Poor service- No Delivery

I am so disappointed, DSTV Multichoice doesn't take their clients serious. even the call center service sucks to the core no assistance or what so ever. I was approved for a DSTV Explora deal (R449 + installation) on March and to date, no delivery. I contacted the Call Centre agent and still no delivery, it's going to be a month soon and they will debit my account for something i do not have. I keep being told that they escalating the matter almost every day when i enquire about the delivery. At First i was told to contact the installer he will come with the decoder, I contacted the installer and they told me they had no Explora to install for me the delivery was never made and they also receiving alot of of complains like mine, Multichoice allocating them installations while they don't deliver the decoders. I then contacted the call centre agent and all they said they could do was escalate the issue and till today they escalating my issue i don't know for how long will they escalate this issue instead of just delivering the decoder. I am ****ed and disappointed . You have not even tried to contact me i always contact them mxm and i need immediate resolution to this situation.
