Poor Service MultiChoice in Mthatha

The MultiChoice branch in Mthatha has disrespected us up to no decimal.

Last year we had taken our decoder in for updates as it was not loading episodes. It came back from the shop with a broken hard drive we had to replace it.

Again this evening we had taken our 3 months new decoder for them to fix our PVR as the Catch up option is non functional. After making so many calls to P.E for this to be solved , we took the decoder to the shop it came back dead ,no volume and we can't change channels .
