poor service multichoice

multichoice have still not resolved my account query even after replying to a complaint on hello peter saying they would. no one has bothered to call me, no email absolutely nothing. this has to be the most frustrating company to deal with. my ref number is INC-908093 please can someone take accountability before i cancel my entire subscription
